This renovation project in Noosa Waters involved a significant transformation of a unique home originally built in the 1990s using Ritek system walls. One of the main challenges was re-engineering the existing structure to accommodate an open plan design that met the client’s vision. The original structure’s use of Ritek walls required careful assessment and modifications to ensure stability while allowing for the desired open layout.

The new home features an open plan layout that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, promoting a spacious feel. Large windows enhance the connection to the outdoors, offering beautiful views overlooking the river. To further enhance outdoor living, a newly designed BBQ area provides an ideal space for dining and entertaining, complemented by a dedicated pool area that also overlooks the river.

All bathrooms were modernized, improving both functionality and aesthetics, while the internal spaces received significant updates to enhance comfort and style. Additionally, an electric lift was installed to improve accessibility throughout the home. The project also included the upgrade of all external slabs with modern finishes that align with the overall contemporary design aesthetic.

This transformation not only made the home more functional and visually appealing but also maximized its natural surroundings, creating a perfect blend of comfort and style.
