Tewantin Renovation

This remarkable Tewantin renovation is a masterclass in transformation, taking a weathered, structurally sound Queenslander and elevating it into a pristine, coastal-inspired retreat.

During the construction phase, the home’s “good bones”- including its generous multi-paned windows and distinctive bay window – were carefully preserved. The weary exterior was then traded for a crisp, classic white palette across the weatherboards, trim, and new metal roof, delivering a timeless, Hamptons-esque elegance.

Outside, the grounds have been entirely reimagined. A flawless timber deck complete with a crystal-clear plunge pool and glass balustrades now serves as a stunning tropical oasis that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living.

This exceptional attention to detail continues inside. The entryway welcomes you with crisp white v-joint panelling and light timber floorboards, leading into a double-arched hallway illuminated by opulent crystal chandeliers. It is a seamless blend of historical preservation and modern aspiration, perfectly balancing casual coastal comfort with classic luxury.
